Annex I: Marketplace Terms – Shopping on Tinto
These Marketplace Terms apply to all purchases made via the Tinto platform and form part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Role
Tinto is a curated wellness marketplace. We do not manufacture, store, or fulfil any of the products listed. Products are sold and dispatched directly by third-party brand partners.
2. Brand Partner Responsibility
Each brand is responsible for:
- The accuracy of product descriptions, labelling, and imagesÂ
- Fulfilment and dispatch of ordersÂ
- Their own returns and refund policiesÂ
- Compliance with applicable health and safety regulationsÂ
Tinto does not verify or endorse specific product claims unless explicitly stated.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped directly by brand partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but may vary by region. Once an order is placed, Tinto will share tracking information provided by the brand partner when available.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are subject to the individual brand partner’s policies. These are detailed on each product page. Tinto facilitates communication but is not liable for processing returns or refunds.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Product defects, adverse reactions, or results from useÂ
- Shipping delays, damages, or customs issuesÂ
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss caused by the use of products purchased via our platformÂ
6. No Medical Advice
Tinto does not provide medical advice or clinical services. Products listed on our platform are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health or supplement regimen.
7. Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact customercare@tintoapp.com and we will do our best to help resolve it. However, final resolution decisions rest with the brand partner.
8. Suspension or Removal of Products
Tinto reserves the right to remove any product or brand partner from the platform without notice, in accordance with our standards and values.
