Mum
How do you go about helping a toddler who has become fussy with her eating?
I would persevere with other food options. We often have a meal where we have lots of variety and I include a few new things. They can help themselves and it gives them a little bit of independence over their meal and encourages them to try new foods.
Eat in front of her too, as role modelling is a good way to encourage them to try different things.
You can offer in different ways too. So if it is carrots, try roasted, or try buttered, cut in circles/batons, try with dips.
You could also do some food preparation together.
Also, take away any pressures. Try and turn meal time into a positive time.
I hope this helps a little.
