How do you go about helping a toddler who has become fussy with her eating?

This is so tricky! As parents, our job is to determine the where, when, and what a child is served, but it's our child's job to determine how much they eat. This can be so tough when we want to make sure they're getting a balanced diet!

Sometimes it can take eight to 15 exposures for a child to try a food. I always try to serve a safe food like something I for sure know my kids like along with a new food. Then I tried to rotate through and serve new things with safe things so I keep the exposure going.
