Just looking for some advice on dealing with anxiety within my relationship. I’m not sure if it’s just because I’m pregnant, but I feel so much more anxious and jealous and worried that my partner is interested elsewhere at the moment.

Hi there, anxiety can be a challenge to manage especially when there are changes in our life, such as pregnancy. It sounds like talking to your partner a bit about how you’re feeling maybe helpful. I also often recommend for anxiety to have a ‘worry window’ - a time of day where you set aside to worry about things. Does that make sense? It’s a way to free up your mind from the thoughts through the day.
