Pregnant mum of 3

My middle child (aged 4) loves my little girl SO much. Which is totally adorable and they have a very special bond already, which I wouldn’t change for the world. But he literally cannot keep his hands off her. Whenever she is in the room, he pounces on her, hands in her face, tries to move her head around and starts talking like a baby. I have told him we can teach her words and talk to her but he just continues to babble.

He loves singing nursery rhymes to her, so we do that together. He loves to teach her things. So, I do try and redirect that way but I don’t know what else to do. It is constant. When we are out, he is climbing all over her and me.

I love their bond and I don’t want that to stop. I just need him to know that everyone likes their personal space😅. Does anyone have any advice?

It's so adorable that your little boy loves her so much! Have you tried using a doll with him? My niece is obsessed with my son to the point she’s in his nappy trying to help me clean him etc., but isn’t as gentle. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We give her a doll so when I have them both she copies me and feels like she’s doing the same.

I think the little ones do get used to it but it’s just about watching safety.
