Trying to stick to wake windows for my 13 week old but he just doesn’t sleep when we put him down. Then he gets overtired and it takes about another hour for us to get him to sleep after lots of inconsolable crying. Any tips for two parents feeling like they are really failing at this?!

Sorry you're feeling this way. I know is a huge challenge, and exhausting, when baby only sleeps in our arms.

Honestly I don't believe in tricks to make baby do what we want them to do, but I do believe that having support networks to cuddle baby while you can have some time to recharge energies and boob (if baby is breastfed) can work wonders and calm them down.

Hope things get easier for you! You're not falling, some babies require more than others and that's totally normal!
