My son is seven months old. He only drinks formula twice a day and has three meals throughout the day.
He has milk in the morning and at night. Is that enough milk for him, or should I substitute one of the meals for a milk feed?
I personally would say yes, but every baby is different. As long as he's happy, healthy, and putting on weight then you're doing an amazing job.
If he's getting lots of calcium and other vitamins through a varied diet in the three meals he is having it can't hurt too much.
