I’m week 30-31 and finding it difficult to sleep these days, I'm not particularly in pain but I have restless legs. My diet is ok, I don’t eat late, and I do yoga but are there any other remedies (e.g. magnesium, lavender, etc.)? Any specific brands to recommend?

It may help if you haven’t been to do a bedtime yoga session, that's really helped me start getting restful sleep. I think having a bath with magnesium salts really helps with muscle tension, I know magnesium is essential to proper muscle function, so it could help with your restless legs as well.
