Pregnant mum

It's currently very hot in London. I am wondering if I should give my three month old baby water? Or is it enough if I feed her more often? I breastfeed her.

Baby doesn't need any water if she's being breastfed. Your breast milk changes everyday for your baby's specific needs, lovely. You're doing things perfectly by offering her extra feeds.

Hey, your baby will only need your breast milk for the first six months (when they start eating solids) no matter the weather. Breast milk is made up of over 80% water so you will absolutely be hydrating your little one. You are doing the right the thing to just offer her the breast as often as she will take it.
