How are working mums juggling everything and managing to get a fitness routine in? I keep setting the alarm but rolling over and hitting snooze. I can't get motivated and it sets my day up badly... So frustrating. Any tips or advice!?

Look for some easy exercises on Pinterest. something that you can do everyday. I’m the same. And at least go for a walk with the baby, that helps a lot.
