I’m 19. I’ve always been the type to question if I ever wanted kids and I thought that if I did decide to have them, I'd do it in 10 years time. I love my freedom and how spontaneous I am and I have career ambitions. But then I fell pregnant and have decided to keep it. I’m so scared that my life is over and I don't know what to do.

I’m 19 too, soon 20. I always wanted kids in a later stage in life too and when I fell pregnant I thought I’d ruined my life. But the idea grows on you, and everyday I fall more in love with my little boy and can’t wait to meet him.

Aww your life isn’t over, it’s just beginning. Trust me bringing a human into your life is the best feeling ever.

I wanted a child when I was young but it never worked. I tried for 10 years with someone. Then I met someone last July and fell pregnant immediately and now we have nearly four month baby and she is our world.

Trust me, being young just means you can do the things you want to once your baby is old enough. You're going to love it. Don’t get me wrong, the first six weeks are probably the hardest but once you know what your baby wants and needs it’s just amazing. Honestly don’t be scared your new life is just beginning and it will be beautiful!

I know it may seem daunting at such a young age but honestly, it doesn't mean your life is over! It's a scary process for any woman at any age. I'm 27 with a five month old and even at this age it's overwhelming. But I'm so glad I've got my little boy because yeah, life may be different but it's different in so many good ways! Theres no reason to why you can't stay career driven - being young is a bonus haha! It's okay to feel scared and like you don't know what the best choice is but I promise your life wont be over! Hope this helps.
