My nearly six month old sleeps through the night but wakes at 5-5:30am. She doesn’t always settle again. Any tips on how to extend her sleep for an hour?
Our bedtime routine is: 6pm bath, followed by bottle, and in bed asleep by 7pm. The room is blacked out, a good temperature, and we have white noise.
I have tried both less sleep and more sleep during the day, but both end up with a 5am wake up!
My son used to wake up at the same time every night, so I fed him in his sleep 30 minutes before his wake up time and he slept through. I guess she’s hungry.
