Hi, my children are becoming more and more difficult to get to sleep during the summer holidays. Any tips most welcome!
I've read some sleep training tips that recommend giving your children as much control as possible. Or at least make them feel in control! You could have a list or a chart of what bedtime looks like including things like '30 minutes more play time and then bath time'. Include lots of choices like 'would you like mum or dad to give you a bath?' and 'which pyjamas would you like to wear?' Hope this helps!
