I have a one year old and since I went back to work I have no time for myself. I need to exercise to feel fit and happy. Any suggestions on how to fit this in?
I hear you! The only way you can make it happen is by scheduling the time for yourself, and knowing that it's ok to do that.
You could go to the gym early: I go at 6.30am which is a killer but I feel great and my husband gets the kids fed. I am back by 7.30am and ready to take them to nursery and start my day. Or you could go at lunch or after work. Once your little one is asleep is also an option but it's hard to motivate yourself after a long day. Or you could try cycling, jogging, or walking to work! Take the stairs when you can, and try weekend workouts. There are also some great apps with seven minute workouts. It's amazing what you can get done in such a short amount of time. There is no easy way but it is possible!
