Hi! Do you have any suggestions for what I could do to help sleep at night? I’m finding a carousel of thoughts playing through my mind and even when baby is sleeping, I’m struggling to fall asleep.

That sounds challenging. Sleep meditation can be a good idea. Journaling can also be a good way to get things out. Or even simply imagining a stop sign to stop the thoughts can be helpful. Hope that helps for now!
