My seven and a half month old used to sleep about 12 hours a night but within the last month has started to wake up earlier and earlier. Any advice on getting a baby back into a longer sleep pattern?
I would try to make the room as dark as possible, perhaps just leaving a tiny 'sleeping light' on. I use red light, as it’s not disturbing, and I can see when she wakes up for her night formula feeds. If she’s teething, she’ll also wake up by pain too!
